Interpretation: Senior Living Companion is referred to as "We," "Us," and "Our(s)"; The terms "User," "Member," and "Client" shall refer to each beneficiary; "You," "Yours," and "Yourself" refer to you as a user of this website, the person enrolling for the Services on behalf of a beneficiary, and the beneficiary or beneficiaries; "Supplier" and "Service Provider" refer to all third-party vendors that Senior Living Companion has engaged to perform the Services on Your behalf, including their officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors. "Service/Services" refers to the Services described on the Website and the Services that You have occasionally hired us to perform on Your behalf.
Registration and User Eligibility: To utilize the Services and become a member of Senior Living Companion, each user must register/sign up on our website and create an account. Only those who are able to enter into legally binding contracts under the relevant laws are permitted to use this website. This Website is not available to anyone who are "incompetent to contract" as defined by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, such as those under the age of eighteen (18), insolvents who have not been dismissed, etc. The user is responsible for providing us with truthful, accurate, full, and up-to-date information about both themselves and any beneficiaries. All T&C that apply to the user are also applicable to and enforceable against its beneficiaries.
Safety and Security: Whether your password is for our Service or a service provided by a third party affiliated with Senior Living Companion, you are in charge of keeping your password secure and are accountable for any activities or acts carried out using it. You promise to keep your password a secret from anybody else. You have a duty to alert us right away if you discover any security breach or illegal use of your account. Senior Living Companion disclaims any liability for any data loss that results from a user's carelessness in managing their account or protecting their password.
Health Care Assistance: Subject to the T&C as stated in this Agreement, Senior Living Companion shall help its users with all of their beneficiary's medical needs. To meet the users' medical demands, Senior Living Companion agrees to put together a team of empanelled physicians and experts; nevertheless, needs for diagnostic services, pharmacies, nurses, attendants, and physiotherapy may be assigned to other parties. Medical information is different from medical advice or opinion, despite the fact that the team of physicians and other professionals with whom Senior Living Companion has agreements may provide you health profile and assist you in making better decisions. When using the Services, including the information given thereon, you, as the user, undertake all risk and responsibility.
Terms of use of service: The beneficiary has given his or her prior written approval for you to share personal and medical data. You now give Senior Living Companion permission to use Your information as well as the beneficiary's information as needed from time to time to carry out its ongoing duties. You can submit your request through phone, email, or the website using your member login information. You acknowledge that you will carefully review the Service description before making an order to use any Service. You agree to be bound by the terms of sale stated in the service description by making an order to use a service.
Pricing, Cancellation and Refund: The appropriate Supplier or Service Provider has given their approval to any descriptions of any items, Services, or advantages on the Website. Senior Living Companion is not responsible for descriptions that are false or deceptive. Senior Living Companion has taken all necessary precautions to guarantee that the Services and price information are accurately described on this Website. However, it is expressly stated that unless You submit an order to avail of such Services through this Website, Senior Living Companion cannot confirm the pricing of the Services. All funds paid by You for a package service reservation (as described under Services on the Website) must be held by Senior Living Companion, and if appropriate, You must pay Senior Living Companion a charge for any work performed over and above what was previously paid for.
Service Providers: Although Senior Living Companion used the utmost care in choosing the Suppliers and Service Providers, Senior Living Companion cannot be blamed for choosing the particular Supplier and Service Provider. The Services, goods, and perks that you want us to occasionally order on your behalf are entirely provided by Suppliers/Service Providers. Senior Living Companion's role in relation to all services provided by third parties is strictly limited to finding Suppliers/Service Providers and liaising with them on Your behalf in order to provide the relevant Service. Suppliers and service providers have the right to impose their own terms and conditions, which in every event relate to the provision of products and/or services to You by the relevant Suppliers and Service Providers. These terms and conditions are legally binding on You up until the Service is completed.
Termination: Your contract with Senior Living Companion will end when the service period for Yearly Care Plan services expires and after Senior Living Companion has completed providing the specific services you ordered by paying the one-time service booking fee. As part of the contract you signed with Senior Living Companion to book the one-time services (Individual Service), Senior Living Companion will give you two months of placement help from the start date of the service; after that, your contract with Senior Living Companion is cancelled/terminated.
